Mobile Forms is a SaaS platform and set of smartphone and tablet applications that allow a business to create their own mobile data gathering solutions.

We're a SurveyMonkey for smartphones if you will. Organizations have an increasing need to replace time-consuming, error-prone and cumbersome manual/paper processes with a mobile device (e.g. job cards, sales orders, surveys). Currently this is difficult and/or expensive to do. The incumbent solutions look outdated in today's environment of outsourced infrastructure, SaaS and cloud.
